Magnus Jaderlund 2009-12-07	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 The pool was very dirty and you could just barely see to the bottom and the water was all green. I did NOT swim and I did nt see anyone else either take a swim. My room was a bit dark because there were a couple of lightballs that did nt work. As usual the touragents at the lobby try to sell overpriced tours and they tried to offer me a taxi for 500 THB to the airport when the cost for the bus was 150 THB and a taximeter for 220 THB.	It s not so easy if you are travel when you can t pay instant when booking. Beside that it s very good.
Leow Thiam Seng 2009-08-25	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 the service is good, got to walk abit of distance to main road and other attraction. I book the tour guide and van from the hotel lobby they are both friendly and helpful. all my friends agreed that we have a save and friendly people around us durimg our stay..	it easy and fast
Jochen Gross 2009-04-10	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Eher älteres Hotel. Liegt zwar recht gut an der Sukhumvit Road, nahe BTS Asoke, doch dies ist nicht alles. Frühstück war o.k.. Alte Teppiche im Hotel, langsames und teures Internet. Für diesen Preis zu teuer. Trotzdem war Aufenthalt ok.	Gut.

ajay verma 2009-03-09	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 only location was good but rest all other services were bad. ac was not working properly. the breakfast was in very bad shape and cold even at 7.30 in morning. the massage parlor was just another place for looting. we booked two girls for massage for two hours but as we refused to indulge ourselves in sex activities with them they left the room without refunding the money after 45 minutes. were very rude. never recommend this hotel to anyone	easy and comfortable. hassale free

Ronald Hoddenbach 2008-09-21	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 I stayed there 2 nights and I don t know hy everybody is so negative about this hotel. I booked a room for 1800 baht and the room was very good for this money including a nice bathroom. Maybe the breakfast is not so great but the tea, toast, eggs and orange where okay People have to realise that you can t expect a luxurieus hotel in Sukomvit Soi 20 for 1800 baht.
Hans Hey 2008-02-23 until 2008-02-26	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 The Royal Parkview Hotel is well situated in the city, close to good restaurants and cafés and to the Skytrain. The hotel itself is in strong need of maintenance! It is dirty with dirty carpets and curtains, not working running water, (we did not have hot water) missing electric bulbs, doors on one hinge, television out of order etc. etc. Air condition that can t cool. The rooms need repainting and refurbishing before it can call itself Royal! But apart from these minor disadvantages... So we moved to the Shangri La. Kind regards H.Hey
Paolo Malatesta 2008-02-02 until 2008-02-06	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Stayed there for 4 nights with wife and young daughter. The room was in a dire need of redecoration, windows were dirty (looked they never been cleaned for ages), tatty furniture and worn out carpet gave off a bad smell. The maid had the strange habit of letting herself in at 8am to check the room without knocking the door. Very rude and annoying if you are still sleeping. Breakfast food was almost inedible, fit for dogs at best. The service from staff was slack, like they couldn t be bothered (my wife who s Thai over-heard them complaining about not being paid salary). The place is full of cheap package tourists, who are loud and bad mannered. I mean for 1,800 baht per night this was a rip off, location is good but in between BTS station. Outside the hotel some of the most hard core taxi touts, who wouldn t take no for an answer, pestering people to use their service on dodgy taxis at 5 times the standard fares. Avoid this place like plague, definitely the worst hotel I have ever been in Thailand.	booking request was dealt promptly and efficiently; sawadee.com is professional, I m happy to use them again when I need a hotel.
Krishneel Amite Lal 2007-12-16 until 2007-12-17	Royal Parkview Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 room was nice especially the shower. great view. tv didnt have many channels, air con was a bit week, breakfast was lame and main lobby was a lil smelly.	no problems
