Lisbet Markland 2010-06-26	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach Stayed in a deluxe building room in the Hill side wing, very nice room. The hill side wing is not on the beach side, but that wasn t a problem for us. Can really recommend the restaurant Le Zanne, very nice food.	Easy to book, no problem.

Moreau 2010-05-20	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach Kacha resort is a nice hotel, room hill side view all have air conditionned, bathroom and shower. Be careful rooms located hill side view are not on the beach, you have to cross the road to go to the beach and to the breakfast. Building is 5 months old and very nice, swimming pool is clean and staff lovely.

Darrel F Martin 2010-04-17	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach Is a bit rough no diamond. Old with bugs, misquotes. The room a deluxe bungalow had a power problem so they put us in another after some time troubleshooting. We asked for compensation for inconvenience so they gave us a 800 bht coupon at the resorts spa that already had a discounted price but would not let us use the coupon so the voucher was worthless. The new room had bad plumbing. We had a requested four times for a knife to cut a mango no help never. We left early just not to customer friendly. Staff seemed listless no motivation.	Booking was fast and easy to use. I would use Sawadee again.
Guardiola Pia 2010-04-15	Koh Chang Kacha Resort, White Sand Beach staff not friendly like we are used in Thailand, and speeking very bad englisch and understanding even less. Feeling mistrusted as client wery different as in other hotels in Thailand.	Problems to accomodate the familiy with 4 children close to the parents room without putting any money limitations. No understanding for our request, even having called by phone before to mention our request.
