Cameron Teys 2010-03-25	Thipwimarn Resort, Koh Tao, Taa Sak Lovely resort. Really peaceful. Stayed 5 nights in a seaview cottage. Great resturant with amazing views, spectacular sunsets and good food. Great pool with views across Sairee beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Resort is a little out of the way but we hired a scooter which made it really easy to get around. Otherwise a very hilly 20min walk down to the town and beach. Ideal for people who want to be away from the tourists (but not too far from the town).	Very good. good communication and everything went smoothly.
Jing Xu 2010-03-24	Thipwimarn Resort, Koh Tao, Taa Sak Very beautiful resort with a lot of green around. Quiet, clean. Excellent sea view, no matter in room, in restaurant or in swimming pool. All employees are very friendly! I really enjoy the time I stayed there.

Service is good and hotel staff are kind and helpful. The doggies are cute and lovable and I m missing them a lot!	sawadee.com is a safe, efficient agent. It s greatly helpful to my hotel booking.

Julia Thissen 2009-08-11	Thipwimarn Resort, Koh Tao, Taa Sak The Best Place on Koh Tao! We were 2 nights at Charm Churee Villa, which was awful in comparision to Thipwimarm. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere, everyone was nice and helpful, beautiful surroundings. Just perfect!	Perfect.
Karen Bradshaw 2009-05-20	Thipwimarn Resort, Koh Tao, Taa Sak The resort was lovely, however quite a steep walk from Saree Beach. We ended up hiring a scooter. The bungalows were a steep decline from the reception so the climb back up the stairs to the top was quite painfull - especially in the heat. The breakfast the first day was good - the other 2 days stay the buffet breakfast was appauling. The the cost of the accommodation I don t feel it was value for money.
PAUL ANTHONY LEWIN 2009-05-04	Thipwimarn Resort, Koh Tao, Taa Sak If you don t mind being a little far from the action then I highly recommend this resort. It is green, lucious and very close to nature with specatacular views of the gulf from most suites. This place has a very special feel to it. Even when it is fully booked you feel like you are the only ones who have the pleasure of staying there. There were a couple of hitches but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. We had originally booked the private garden honeymoon retreat, which being our honeymoon sounded perfect and just what we wanted as it said it had fantastic views of the sea, a private balcony where nobody could see you and a spaceious room. When we were taken to our room it was one of the lesser honeymoon suites that was not private at all. In fact it was the first suite where all the traffic goes past to get to the other rooms and the private balcony could be seen by all and the sea views were glimpes of sea through the vast trees. We spoke to reception and they were very kind and showed us one of their boutique rooms. They originally said it would only be 1000 baht per night more as a deal due to us being unhappy with our room. We were fine with this as the room was amazing but just after we had settled in they called us to advise it would be 2000 baht per night more. this blew the budget for us so we again requested a room change. they moved us to the lovely seaview room 2 which was gorgeous, private, tranquil and all we ever wanted. Other than that all was fine except that the restaurant staff, although gracious & lovely have a poor command of english so the 3 dinners we had there came out wrong every time! it was quite frustrating in the end so just make sure that you point out exactly what you want on the menu and then get them to repeat it otherwise who knows what you will get. All in all though this place is gorgeous and if it s in your budget or a special occasion GO! because if its luxurious, rustic Thai charm & hospitality, amongst true nature that you re looking for then you will never forget Thipwimarn,it s amazing sea views and peaceful environment. Koh Tao is a very special place - Take a visit before it becomes a victim of over tourism.	We used Sawadee the whole way through our honeymoon booking process and they were excellent, efficient and flawless EVERYTIME! Thank you very much!

Sophie Grace WIlkinson 2009-01-05	Thipwimarn Resort, Koh Tao, Taa Sak Had a lovely time at thipwimarn, a truely tastefull resort. Horizon pool is to die photo (and great for snaps) food is very good, authentic thai - actually spicy if you order spicy, rather than mulled down for westerners! The staff were very very helpfull and friendly. The rooms themselves are very private with showers that overlook the ocean, fresh fruit on arrival, amazing smelling lotions etc. All room elements are in exremely good taste and perfect for the setting. enjoy!
