Andrew Prisco 2010-07-16	Sunrise Tropical Resort, Railay Beach East Getting to Railay East resorts is interesting. Took a ferry boat from Phi Phi then a long-tail to low tide mangrove beach. Had to get out of boat and carry luggage in ocean on cement path for about 1km. Not a problem for me, but not for people who have a problem roughing it or carrying their own bags. Resort itself was very nice...great cottage with modern bathroom. Great pool and decent breakfast included.	No problems. Easy with no hassles.

Room was great and the bed was super comfy - they had two different kinds of pillows which was perfect for choosing just what I liked. This is on the east side of Railay so it s near all the bars and restaurants (but nice and quiet in this part) but this is also on the mangrove side of the island, which means you can t go outside without lathering on the mozzie repellent. The swimming pool was simple. This was a good choice for a little bit of luxury at a reasonable price. Service was friendly and very quick.
Rotem 2010-07-11	Sunrise Tropical Resort, Railay Beach East It has been our second time at Sunrise Tropical Resort. We stayed 4 nights at the Villa plus room with our 9 month baby. A great hotel, great large comfortable room with a beautiful Thai design and a nice rain shower. The hotel is located on Railly East 5 Min walk from the greatest beaches of Thailand and the bungalows (the villa) are in the middle of a magnificent rainforest so you can feel the nature especially when it s raining. The staff is friendly and helpful. Do not expect much from the pool and the breakfast is not the best in the world but you can change and have a great fruits meal on Prhnang beach. This hotel is the best value for money in all Krabi area and we have been around. Will come again!!

Elaine Mary Young 2010-07-07	Sunrise Tropical Resort, Railay Beach East I have stayed at this establishment before and was disappointed in the service. When we arrived tired after a long flight we were informed that staff were at a staff party. We had to carry our luggage as well as there was no restaurant nor tour facilities available. We had to wait while a team member was called to reception to look after us. We were the only arrival and were happy for staff to enjoy their party however it did not get any better. Our beds creaked really badly and they wished to change us to another room however it meant as mother and adult daughter we were to share one bed. This was not satisfactory and they did not come up with any other suggestions. The room service staff were wonderful. The F&B staff were rude sullen and glad we had other places to eat beside breakfast. The tour office and internet facility seemed never to open and we took our business elsewhere along with the minimart. I was very annoyed as I had taken my daughter there to experience what I had 2 years before. As for Railay Beach it is wonderful.

Обслуживающий персонал вежливый,внимательный, в затруднительных ситуациях всегда поможет. Бунгало я считаю просто отличнейшие. Все работает, чисто, уютно. Садик вокруг бунгало и бассейн в его тени в полуденный зной скрывает от солнца.	Сервисом бронирования довольна на 100%. Все быстро, точно, оперативно. Ни малейшей проблемы с бронированием гостиниц и трансферов у нас не возникло. В процессе обслуживания на все затруднения стараются помочь по мере сил. В следующий раз обращаться буду только к ним. Gordon Pattison 2010-04-28	Sunrise Tropical Resort, Railay Beach East The hotel is on the east coast and is reached directly via ferries from Krabi. First impression of the beach is thats its not terribly good BUT 2 wonderful beaches to the west and north are only a few minutes stroll away.The rooms are superb value, Dinner was had elsewhere as this is a no alcohol restaurant. There are a few bars only minutes away..Pluses..the rooms and of course those wonderful,wonderful beaches.Only whinge was that the breakfasts werent exactly something to anticipate,,, great place to stay Though
