Diane Rosthorn 2012-03-22	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach Five star pricing, 3 star quality. Large room, very little storage. Lighting useless. House keeping great. Repairs didn t happen, we had to do ourselves. Room menu limited, food good. Check out takes really long time. Mattress extremly hard, extra padding useless.	Booking was great, received room near lift as i requested.

We had problems with change of towells an refilling of toilet paper etc allmost every day. Kontated the resepsjon an hosekeeping, but.... The staff in the restaurant was fantastic.

John Lavin 2009-10-18	Baan Laimai Beach Resort, Patong Beach Hotel is undergoing new addittion so construction noise is constant all day, however if you are out of the room all day it will not bother you. Room was very good and a reasonable price, however I suspect that once construction is finished room rates will rise as this hotel is just across the road from the beach.If noise is an issue, you may want to consider some other hotel as there is noise from the musical entertainment until around 1 am. For the price I paid it was excellent value, however the food is overpriced and mediocre. Skip dinner at the hotel and try the 2 Sisters restaurant not more than a 5 minute walk from the hotel, the food is very good and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and of superior quality and I would stay at the hotel again as long as the price was still reasonable. Some advice: take some mosquito repellant and apply before going for breakfast. They hang around under the tables just waiting for tasty unsuspecting foreign morsels to feast on.

Enjoyed staying with the courteous Hotel staff.	Sawadee did a nice job. Not a chance of single hitch about Booking or whatsoever. Will go with Sawadee next time without doubt.
