Queenie Tang 2012-02-02	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach 1.) This is 4 star hotel but this is better than our expect! 2.) The room is quite good but unfortunately we stay in premier grand room which is city view, if open the window will be little bit noisy! 3.) Bathroom is with bathtub and bath room is grand! 4.) There are some free drinks in refrigerator and some snacks in room which is free of charge which is very good service! 5.) staff are very polite and good service especially the bell boy 6.) breakfast is quite ok and delicious! 7.) free wifi is provided in hotel everywhere which is very good service 8.) location is very good because walk 1 mins you can arrive to Patong beach, walk 15mins can arrive to junceylon, hotel is very convince to go to shopping area! 9.) hotel is not included free transfer to airport! I hope to stay in this hotel again!	Very efficiency replies and good service, I hope to book with sawadee again!
Carmen Laubscher 2010-02-19	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach Hotel is ok,although for a 4star,you expect a bit more cleansiness in the bathrooms,and internet pictures fool you. Otherwise we had a nice stay.Breakfasts are good,and Juice bar staff great.	Sawadee site easy to book with,quick replies.

Simon P 2009-11-04	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach Nice hotel in a quiet side street but only 30 secs to main beach. WiFi is excellent and free. A couple of pools with a rain forest type of look. Breakfast good. Service great. Construction work due to renovations made it a bit noisy during the day	Brilliant as usual - no hassle at all
Kelly Uncapher 2009-11-02	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach The atmosphere made the hotel very relaxing. Its location is close to the beach which is convenient, however, about a 10-15 minute walk (or ~200 baht by Tuk Tuk) to Bangla Rd (the main bar/club street). I was there with a friend and most of the nights we enjoyed going to Bangla Rd. The only thing I didn t like about the room was that it smelled a little weird. The hotel employees were very helpful, polite, and extremely friendly! The room service was great! The food arrived in a timely manner and it tasted amazing! The Resort Spa is a MUST if you visit Phuket! I have never been so pampered! I would recommend this hotel to couples who want to stay away from the nightly festivities of Patong Beach but still close enough to enjoy it.	Booking service went very smoothly
Zebo Chi 2009-10-05	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach the room is too humid and smells mouldy. hot water is not available for one day during my two-day s stay.	booking service is ok.
DING YUEXI 2009-09-25	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach Very noisy from moring to night, I guess they were under maintainance outside of my room. And the service was not good, the hotel front desk clerk s attidute was very impolite. Again, We met an Indian couple whoes room was leaking and the hotel refused to change their room. I WILL NEVER go to this hotel any more!!!	Please Remove Burasari hotel from sawadee.com
Sara 2009-08-31	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach Good Hotel. Be careful! Classic Rooms are not so good... They are very damp, with a particular smell in the air... These rooms are in the back side of the hotel, next to a big fan or something like that and the noise is annoying. So I asked to change the room (in order to my 6 days staying...) and they give me a superior room at the same price! And this room was very very comfortable! Good also free mini bar in the room!
John Philip Unsworth 2009-08-17	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach Very nice and relaxing hotel. the staff were extremely helpful, even helped me with my mobilephone!! our room a deluxe pool view was big and updated. We loved the daytime bed on the veranda!! Floyds restaurant was very good but a bit pricy. Hotel located right opposite the beach were there were plenty of sunbeds and very helpful guys serving you drinks and food. It is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops but because of the lush garden in the hotel with lots of water pouring everywhere you could not here the traffic and the noice from outside the hotel.The 2 pools were beautiful. this hotel is not really for families with young children but 10+ is good. The staff love children though. We will come again.	booking easy, no problem.
Trevor Mckew 2009-08-10	Burasari Resort, Patong Beach A great resort, staff were excellent, very close to everything, yet far enough away from the hussle of bangla road. Great food, spa, staff and room.	After 7 years of using this service we have never been disappointed, thanks again.
