gregory e. booth 2012-04-05	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach This is a pretty good affordable hotel but I wish the people were a little more friendly. The computer in the room is a nice touch but I don t like the safe deposit box in the lobby idea.	I always find sawadee responsive and polite.

John McMillan 2010-02-26	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach I enjoyed a pleasant stay in Lamai Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great bed. The fridge was very well stocked and there was an electric kettle and a selection of teas and coffee in the room, but it was a disappointment that this was not complimentary. A pack with tea bag creamer and sugar cost 50 Baht which I thought excessive. This was my only disappointment. Staff were friendly cheerful and helpful.

Goossenaerts 2010-02-13	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach as always ok, tv, dvd player, coffeemaker, just this time room at 4th floor, which we find to high for us, as no elevator. near carrefour. just a pan in a small kithen would improve it!!!!	as always it is ok
Matthew Francis 2009-09-05	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach I wasn t sure what to expect when I first booked at the Lamai Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic, but have everything one needs. The location is good - just a few minutes walk to Bangla Rd. The hotel has a very good restaurant and they are happy to cook a meal at any time of night. Free internet too, and the whole place has wi-fi.	Booking was extremely simple and responses were very fast.
Robert Easton 2009-06-19	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach The hotel could do with a renovation was my first impression, but for only 700 bht per night it was ok.The staff there were very friendly. Had to change rooms because of smoking smell.	Superb every time. Last few times though have not got text on arrival date which was a nice touch.
William Donovan 2009-02-20	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach Good clean Room, Friendly staff, but stay was marred by a few guests who were constantly drunk and seemed to go nowhere else but the hotel bar. This was situated outside the front of the hotel directly in front of the reception area. It wasn t just the fact that no one did anything about the noise from these guys. It was the fact that the staff at the hotel bar would keep fuelling their requirement for alcohol until they could no longer fulfill anything other than the involuntary actions required to sustain life. This state was usually reached at around 6o o clock in the morning. At which point a quiet calm returned to the Lamai Inn. I have no doubt, that had i been in the smaller rooms at the back off the hotel, the noise would probably be greatly reduced. So if you find yourself having to stay here, that would be at least an option. Would i stay there again? Not a chance!	Excellent
Goossenaerts ines 2009-01-31	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach we came back for second time and like it more as we had free wifi in our room. when we arrived hotel overbooked and they did not receive fax from sawadee but received the room instantly as we were returning customers;once we missed the breakfast, but we could take it one week later as we were coming back. the only thing is there are no elevators and it is a fitness to go to the 3rd floor. for the rest, we will go back when we stay in Patong, near to carrefour and bars.	ok as usual
Aysel M Larsen 2009-01-05	Lamai Inn, Patong Beach The staff were very helpful and very nice.The room was ok with hot water and air con..But the cleaning could be better..It was in walking distance of everything..But theres a lot of noise from the street, so its not a place for families with children..But i was on my own and no trouble falling asleep..All in all a very nice hotel..and maybe I will stay there next time I go to patong...	couldnt be better..
