Evgeny Zateykin 2012-05-03	Impiana Resort, Chaweng Noi Beach Advantages: -Great location right on the perfect clean beach. Not too far from town s center. -Sunbeds and umbrellas are comfortable, sufficient quantity, always possible to find free ones -Cleanliness, good room service -Breakfast is good in general, but can be more various -Restaurant serves nice dinners on the beach in the evenings, good beach bar. Disadvantages: -Personnel can t understand and speak English even some people from reception!!! -Poor check-in service. I had to see 4 (four!!!) rooms before they gave me a good one -Facilities are quite old. Everything including room s furniture and equipment needs renovation -Superior rooms are quite small, it makes sense to book delux one Resume: Good value for money. This hotel is really good choice if you need great beach and ready to accept some inconveniences.	Verry efficient. No complaints at all. Recommended to everybody.
Marius Andre de Wet 2010-01-01	Impiana Resort, Chaweng Noi Beach Wonderful time, excellent resort and location. Can t complain about service, only on arrival, staff not so friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and view. Only complain the matras of the double bed is extremely hard, which caused back pain and stifness in the morning. The resort can invest by replacing the matrasses as qaulity and comfortable beds definitely sell a resort s popularity. It must be mentioned that the resort management were putting a lot of effort by provide a program filled with entertainment for its guests. The Impiana Resort and Spa Samui is definitely recommendable.
TSOU HUI CHI 2009-07-09	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach We had a fantastic experience staying here, I would definitely stay here again. This Hotel suitable for friends or family holidaying in Sumai, who don t want to pay a lot but still stay somewhere lovely.Impiana is the best choice for you. Michael Connolly 2009-06-10	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach hotel was great.located just out of the main street 10 min walk along the beach or 150-200 bht taxi ride plus free shuttle from hotel. minor problems with room but relocated without any drama.beach is nice with some stalls and hawkers but not as busy as the main beach	very good no problems and very speady responses

Our room with beautiful view on the beach and see was very loud because of the street - the Hotel is almost directly on a street and has very loud air condition.I think, there are better places to stay at Ko Samui.	good and fast booking.

The most memorable experience is that the beach is uncrowded at all,except for the holidayers. With the absence of the general public we enjoyed better without being gawked at when we sunbathe. Perhaps we visited outside the peak period, the Restaurant and Spa discounts were pleasant surprise. Wonderful Impiana, enjoyable holiday. We shall return!	Quick, efficient and accurate
Martin Burman 2008-07-06 until 2008-07-08	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach First stay in Samui and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Resort nice as away from main area and very good beach. Only problem is if you want to visit Chaweng the taxis are all mafia trained when it comes to their charges.	Very good service especially as changed hotel to this at the last minute.
Dean Borg & MJ Samonte 2008-06-05 until 2008-06-10	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach Very nice resort, in the process of renovations. The staff are very friendly, and speak english well. The beach is clean and quiet. We had a wonderful time. I made comments to the Management regarding a few issues, and they were handled immediately. It would be unfair to pass negative comments based on one or two problems that were corrected to satisfaction. Give this resort consideration, I have been to Samui before and Impiana is good value for the price.	Excellent as usual. Booking was fast and accurate. Never a problem with Sawadee.com
Dean Borg & MJ Samonte 2008-06-05 until 2008-06-10	Impiana Samui Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Beach Nice resort on a quiet beach. Service was very good. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. This is a good choice if you are looking for a quiet stay away from the busy areas of Samui. My wife ad I had a great time and will stay here again on our next visit.	Always great service. Very fast and professional.
